Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Expertiko account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to make a request

1. Select the button below to email our support team.
2. Send the request from the email address registered with your Expertiko account, or include that email address in the message.
3. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and include your Expertiko display name, if available.

What happens next

We will verify the request and delete your account and associated personal data, unless we are required or permitted to retain specific information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. We may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Content you have shared publicly may no longer be linked to your account after deletion; limited information may be retained where required by law.
